To be honest I have not used the List Builder service, so I can't comment on its effectiveness, but it does sound like a worthwhile idea, depending upon the actual cost vs benefits.
Bottom Line:
For features, service and deliverability you can't beat either Aweber or GetResponse autoresponders.
- If price per number of subscribers is an important criteria for you, then GetResponse is your best choice.
- If you prefer a powerful autoresponder backed by the recommendations of major marketers, then your first choice should be Aweber.
